2. Project Orders & Initiation
When Does a Project Officially Start?
Before work begins, EXPLOZET and the Client agree on the basic project scope.
This normally includes:
Required deliverables
Estimated timeline
Project pricing
Payment milestones
Any important project-specific requirements
A project is formally scheduled for initiation only after both of the following conditions are satisfied.
1. Project Payment Is Received
For fixed-scope projects, the standard advance is 50% of the approved project amount.
For monthly marketing retainers, the standard payment is 100% in advance for the applicable 30-day service cycle.
2. Required Initial Materials Are Submitted
The Client must provide the information and materials needed to begin the project.
Depending on the service, this may include:
Logo and brand assets
Written content
Business information
Images
Video files
Required account access
Other project-specific materials
Work may be delayed where essential materials or access have not been provided.
3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Milestones
Pricing and Currency
All EXPLOZET package prices, project quotations, invoices, and milestone amounts are stated and payable in Indian National Rupees (INR).
Our standard package pricing is published on the Pricing Page.
For custom projects, pricing is confirmed through the written proposal or invoice issued for that project.
Standard Payment Structure
Fixed-Scope Website & Media Projects
50% Project Advance
The first 50% payment is due when the project is confirmed.
This payment allows EXPLOZET to begin activities such as:
Research
Planning
Wireframing
Design
Development
Production
50% Final Settlement
The remaining 50% becomes due after the agreed staging or preview stage has been completed and reviewed.
Final settlement is required before:
Live domain deployment
Administrative handover
Final website access transfer
High-definition master file delivery
as applicable to the project.
Monthly Marketing Retainers
Monthly social media and advertising retainers are 100% payable in advance at the beginning of each 30-day service cycle.
Campaign creation, content publishing, or monthly management begins after the applicable payment has been received.
Expenses Paid Separately by the Client
EXPLOZET’s service fees cover our agreed professional labour and production work.
Certain third-party or statutory costs are separate and are paid directly by the Client.
These may include:
1. Advertising Budgets
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as:

is separate from EXPLOZET’s management or creative fees.

Depending on the project, the Client may need to pay for:
Premium software
Commercial fonts
Premium plugins
Paid APIs
Other third-party subscriptions specifically selected for the project
3. Government and Statutory Charges
The Client is responsible for applicable government or statutory charges, such as:
Trade License fees
MSME-related processing charges
GST liabilities
Other official government fees applicable to the Client or project
Online Payments & Payment Security
Online service payments are processed through our authorized payment processing partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.

Payment receipts and applicable invoices are delivered electronically to the Client’s registered billing email address after the transaction is completed.
4. Client Responsibilities & Project Timelines
What We Need From You
A project can only move at the expected pace when the required information and feedback are provided on time.
The Client agrees to:
1. Provide Required Materials Promptly
Please provide the necessary project materials within 5 business days of project initiation, unless another timeline has been agreed in writing.
Depending on the project, these materials may include:
High-resolution logos
Brand guidelines
Product or service descriptions
Business photographs
Video footage
Required account access
Other project-related materials
2. Assign One Main Contact
The Client should nominate one authorized person who can coordinate feedback and approve project milestones.
This helps avoid conflicting instructions from multiple people during design or development.
3. Review Project Materials on Time
The Client should review staging links, scripts, design previews, and video drafts within 5 business days of receiving them.
Client-Caused Delays
Published delivery timelines assume that required materials, approvals, and feedback are provided on time.
If a project is delayed because the Client does not provide required information or feedback for more than 14 consecutive business days, EXPLOZET may pause the project and revise the delivery schedule according to current operational availability.
If a project remains inactive for more than 45 days without communication from the Client, EXPLOZET may treat the project as archived.
Reactivating an archived project may require an administrative resumption fee.
5. Revisions & Scope Adjustments
What Is Included in the Revision Policy?
Fixed-scope website and video projects include up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions during the staging or preview phase.
The requested changes must remain within the originally approved project scope.
Examples of Normal Revisions
Reasonable revisions may include:
Layout adjustments
Colour changes
Font modifications
Content replacement
Pacing corrections
Minor element repositioning
When Does a Revision Become New Scope?
A request may be treated as additional scope when it involves:
Major structural changes
New website pages
New custom functionality
Features not included in the original agreement
Significant changes after final approval or sign-off
Additional work will be discussed and quoted separately before it is carried out.
EXPLOZET will not treat an out-of-scope request as automatically included in the original project price.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Client-Supplied Materials
The Client retains ownership of all materials provided to EXPLOZET.
This includes:
Logos
Written content
Images
Raw video footage
Trademarks
Brand assets
Other materials supplied by the Client
The Client confirms that they have the legal right to use the materials they provide to EXPLOZET, including any necessary commercial licenses.
The Client also agrees to be responsible for claims arising from copyright or other intellectual property issues connected to materials they supplied to us.
Ownership of Final Deliverables
Once 100% of all project invoices and milestone balances have been paid, the Client becomes the owner of the final custom deliverables created specifically for the project.
Depending on the service, this may include:
Final custom website files
Live website configuration
Published video commercial exports
Custom-designed social media graphics
Ownership applies to the final agreed deliverables after full project settlement.
EXPLOZET Portfolio Rights
Unless an NDA has been agreed in writing before the project begins, EXPLOZET may display completed project work as part of our portfolio and business promotion.
This may include:
Website screenshots
Design previews
Short video clips
Live website links
Case study materials
Social media examples
If you need the project to remain confidential and not be publicly displayed, please request an NDA or written confidentiality arrangement before project kickoff.

Platforms We Use
Depending on the project, EXPLOZET may configure or integrate third-party services and platforms such as:
WordPress
Hostinger
Meta
Google
Razorpay

Other required third-party tools or services
These services remain subject to the respective provider’s own terms, policies, technical limitations, and acceptable-use requirements.
The Client agrees to comply with the applicable terms of any third-party platform used for their project.
Third-Party Service Limitations
EXPLOZET is not responsible for events that occur entirely outside our direct control, including:
Hosting provider outages
Server hardware failures
Platform-wide service interruptions
Search or advertising algorithm changes
Advertising account restrictions
Platform account suspensions
Third-party API deprecations
Third-party policy changes
Other external service disruptions
Where reasonably possible, we will assist the Client in troubleshooting or adapting the project to such changes.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policies
How Cancellations and Refunds Work
Project cancellations, refund requests, and balance settlements are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The following is a summary of the main terms.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If a cancellation request is made in writing within 24 hours of the advance payment, and no research, strategy, design, coding, scripting, or development work has started, the Client may be eligible for an 80% refund.
The remaining 20% is retained for payment gateway and onboarding-related costs.
After Project Work Has Started
Once strategic discovery, wireframing, coding, design, video scripting, or other dedicated project work has started, the 50% project advance is non-refundable because it covers resources and professional work already allocated to the project.
Monthly Marketing Retainers
Monthly social media and marketing retainers are non-refundable once the applicable 30-day service cycle has started.
Third-Party Expenses
Advertising spend, domain registrations, premium software, third-party services, and other external fees are non-refundable once those services have been consumed, registered, or otherwise incurred.
For the complete terms, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Indirect or Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EXPLOZET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses.
This may include claims relating to:
Lost profits
Lost revenue

Other indirect commercial losses
This limitation applies even where EXPLOZET has been informed that such losses could occur, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
3. No Guarantee of Commercial Results

However, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as:
A particular revenue figure
A fixed number of sales
A fixed number of leads
A guaranteed advertising result
A specific Google ranking
Actual business results depend on factors that may include market demand, pricing, competition, customer behaviour, product or service quality, advertising budgets, and the Client’s own sales process.
