EXPLOZET provides digital marketing, website development, and creative media services. We do not sell, stock, package, or physically ship products or merchandise.
All services are delivered digitally through online communication, cloud-based tools, website environments, email, and other electronic channels.
This Service Delivery Policy explains how projects are started, how deliverables are reviewed, the usual delivery timelines, what happens during each stage of a project, and what clients can expect during final handover.
The policy applies to clients across Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal, and other parts of India who work with EXPLOZET remotely.
1. How Services Are Delivered Electronically
Digital Delivery for Websites, Videos, Marketing, and Creative Work
The delivery method depends on the type of service you have purchased.
Websites & Web Applications
Development and Staging
Website projects are normally developed first in a private staging environment.
This allows you to:
Review the design
Test navigation
Check content
Review forms and functionality
Check the website on mobile and desktop devices
Request the included revisions before launch
The staging environment gives both sides an opportunity to identify issues before the website is published.
Live Deployment
Once the final review is completed and the required project balance has been paid, the completed website is deployed to the Client’s verified domain and hosting environment.
Credential Handover
After the applicable project payment has been cleared, relevant administrative credentials are provided to the Client through the registered communication channel.
Depending on the project, this may include:
WordPress administrator access
Hosting control-panel access
Database-related access
Other agreed administrative credentials
Promotional Video Ads & Editing
Preview Versions
Draft video cuts may be shared through private or unlisted review links, secure cloud folders, or other suitable digital review methods.
Where appropriate, previews may contain a watermark until the project is finalized.
Final Master Files
Once the final payment requirements are completed, final video files are delivered digitally through secure cloud download links such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Depending on the project, final deliverables may include:
1080p files
4K files
MP4
MOV
Vertical 9:16 versions
Landscape 16:9 versions
The exact formats provided depend on the approved project scope.
Social Media Designs & Graphic Assets
Monthly social media creatives, banners, carousel graphics, and similar design assets are delivered digitally.
Depending on the agreed scope, files may be provided in formats such as:
PNG
JPEG
PDF
Files are generally delivered through secure cloud folders or shared digital workspaces.
Performance Advertising & Digital Funnels
Paid advertising campaigns are configured directly inside the Client’s own business advertising accounts where applicable.
This may include:
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram advertising
Google Ads
Meta Business Suite
Google Ads account access
EXPLOZET may use authorized account access to set up, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns according to the agreed scope.
Reports & Performance Documentation
Campaign summaries, SEO-related reports, monthly marketing reports, and other project documentation are delivered digitally.
Reports may be provided as PDF files through email or another agreed digital communication channel.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Typical Turnaround for EXPLOZET Services
The estimated delivery time for a project is stated in the applicable package or written proposal.
The following are standard estimated timelines:

Important Timeline Rule
The delivery timeline begins only after both of the following have been received:
The agreed project advance payment
All mandatory Client-provided materials
Required materials may include:
Branding assets
Text and business information
Photos
Video files
Required account access
Other project-specific information
If required information is missing, the project timeline may move accordingly.
3. The 5-Step Delivery Workflow
What Happens After a Project Starts?
We follow a structured delivery process so you know what is happening at each stage.
Step 1: Payment Confirmation & Onboarding
After the initial project advance is received through the EXPLOZET payment portal:
an electronic payment receipt is generated.
Our operational team then verifies the transaction and contacts you through WhatsApp or phone within 24 business hours to begin the project onboarding process.
Step 2: Client Asset Submission
We provide a checklist of the information and materials needed for the project.
Depending on the service, this may include:
Logo files
Service descriptions
Product information
Pricing
Business photographs
Video footage
Account permissions
Existing website access
Other brand materials
Providing complete information at this stage helps keep the project moving without avoidable delays.
Step 3: Private Staging Development & Preview
Our team begins the actual design, development, editing, or marketing setup based on the approved project scope.
For website projects, a private staging URL may be shared for review.
For video projects, a private draft or review link may be provided.
The purpose of this stage is to let you review the work before final delivery.
Step 4: Revision & Refinement
Fixed-scope website and video projects include up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions, as long as the requested changes remain within the original project scope.
We recommend sending consolidated feedback so the team can make the agreed changes efficiently.
Step 5: Final Payment & Handover
Once the final deliverables have been reviewed and approved, the applicable remaining 50% project balance is settled.
After the payment has cleared, we complete the relevant final handover steps.
Depending on the project, this may include:
Moving the website from staging to the live domain
Delivering final, unwatermarked video master files through secure cloud storage
Sending agreed administrative login credentials to the registered email address
Starting the 1-year complimentary technical support period where included in the applicable website package
4. Factors That Can Affect Delivery Timelines
Why a Project May Take Longer Than the Estimated Timeline
Digital projects involve active coordination between EXPLOZET and the Client.
The original timeline may need to be adjusted when the required materials, feedback, or approvals are delayed.
Delayed Asset Submission
If essential materials such as:
Logo files
Written content
High-resolution photographs
Video footage
Account credentials
are not provided within 5 business days of project kickoff, the planned delivery timeline may be affected.
Extended Review Periods
If staging previews, design drafts, scripts, or video cuts are not reviewed within 5 business days, the final delivery schedule may need to be adjusted.
Significant Scope Changes
Requests for new requirements during development can also affect the timeline.
Examples include:
Additional website pages
New custom features
Complex third-party integrations
Major design changes
New video concepts or script directions
Work outside the original project scope may be quoted separately and scheduled as an additional project phase.
Extended Client Inactivity
If a project remains delayed because the Client is unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive business days, EXPLOZET may adjust the delivery schedule according to the agency’s current project queue and operational availability.
