Payments Are for EXPLOZET Services
All payments made through this portal are for professional services provided directly by EXPLOZET.
These services may include web development, digital marketing, video production, social media management, advertising, and other creative digital services agreed with the client.
Razorpay Software Private Limited acts as our authorized third-party payment processing gateway. Razorpay processes the payment transaction but does not provide or own the digital services delivered by EXPLOZET.
Pricing and Currency
All EXPLOZET fees, quotations, invoices, and milestone amounts are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR).
The amount shown on your invoice or approved project proposal is the amount applicable to your service.
EXPLOZET does not add hidden processing surcharges to the quoted service price.
How Project Payments Work
For fixed-scope website and creative projects, our standard payment structure is:
50% Advance
The first 50% payment is required to begin discovery, planning, design, development, or production work.
50% Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due after the final staging review and before live deployment or final master-file handover.
For monthly marketing retainers, the full monthly amount is payable at the beginning of each 30-day service cycle.
Your Payment Information
The payment checkout is handled through Razorpay’s payment infrastructure.
EXPLOZET does not collect, access, process, or store sensitive financial credentials such as your card number, CVV, Net Banking password, or UPI PIN on our own servers.

What Happens After Payment?
Clear Next Steps After a Successful Transaction
Once your payment is completed, the next steps are straightforward.
1. Payment Confirmation & Digital Receipt
After a successful payment, the payment gateway generates a transaction receipt for the registered email address.
The receipt contains the relevant transaction details, including the payment reference generated during checkout.
2. Project Kickoff & Client Confirmation
Our team verifies the payment against your project, package, or invoice reference.
We then contact you through WhatsApp or phone to confirm the next stage.
Depending on your project, we may also request any remaining materials such as:
Logo files
Business photographs
Website content
Product information
Brand colours
Other required project assets
3. Development & Milestone Delivery
Once everything is ready, we proceed with the agreed project work.
For website projects, you may receive a private staging link for review before the website goes live.
For video projects, draft versions may be shared through secure cloud storage so you can review the work and provide feedback.
4. Final Payment & Handover
Once the final review is completed and the applicable balance has been settled, the relevant project files, website access, administrative credentials, or final master files are handed over according to the agreed project scope.
Payment Troubleshooting & Support

Payment systems occasionally experience delays, failed responses, or banking communication issues.
Here is what to do in the most common situations.
My Bank Account Was Debited, but the Payment Shows as Failed
Do not immediately submit another payment.
Sometimes the bank or payment gateway receives the payment request but does not return the final status correctly to the browser.
First, check your bank or payment account to see whether the transaction is pending, completed, or reversed.
If you need help verifying the transaction, send your Bank Transaction Reference / UTR to:
Our billing team can check the payment status from the EXPLOZET side where applicable.
The final reversal or refund timing may depend on the bank and payment gateway.
I Accidentally Made the Same Payment Twice
Please contact our billing team as soon as possible.
We will review the duplicate transactions and process the applicable refund according to the payment records and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
