What does Explozet do?
We’re a digital marketing agency and web development company in Basirhat, North 24 Parganas. We build websites, run Meta and Google ads, manage social media, do local SEO, produce video ads and set up WhatsApp marketing systems — for shops, clinics, coaching centres, resorts and growing brands across West Bengal. Everything is built to produce customer enquiries: calls, WhatsApp chats, bookings.

Registered office: Naldi, Rajendrapur, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743291. We serve Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, Barasat, Bongaon, Barrackpore and Kolkata directly, and work with clients across India remotely — most web and creative work needs no in-person meetings.
Who leads the team?
Explozet was founded and is led by Abdur Rahaman Amini, with Sain Gharami (Director, Operations) running delivery and Lisa Hoffman (Director, HR) building the team.

Website timelines start once we receive your content — delays on your side move the delivery date.

What platform do you build websites on?
Most commercial sites on WordPress — easy for you to maintain, fast with proper optimisation, no coding needed from your side. Specialised portals, dashboards or custom apps are scoped separately on the right technology.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes — mobile-first, always. Most of your customers will find you on a phone, often on mobile data. We test across screen sizes, compress images and keep the pages light.
How long does a website take?
AI Starter (1 page): 2–3 working days. Professional (up to 6 pages): 5–7 working days. With payment gateway: 7–12 working days. Resort/booking platform: 10–20 working days. Timelines start after we receive your content and branding material.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes — 100%. After the final payment, full admin access to the website, domain and hosting is transferred to you. We don’t lock you into proprietary systems.
Will my website appear on Google?
It will be built SEO-ready: proper headings, metadata, image optimisation, sitemap and Search Console submission — so Google can find and index it. Ranking competitively for tough keywords takes ongoing SEO work; we don’t promise automatic #1 positions from a build alone.
Ads & Marketing
Is the ad budget included in your monthly fee?
No. Our fee covers our work — strategy, creatives, copywriting, targeting, optimisation, reporting. The ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta or Google. Example: our ₹14,999/month Social + Meta Ads plan is the management fee; your ad budget to Meta is separate and set by you.
How do you target customers in my local area?
Pin-code and radius targeting, specific towns, demographics, interests and behaviours — e.g. homeowners within 15 km of Basirhat for an interior studio, or parents in Barasat for a coaching centre. The exact targeting is planned per business, not copy-pasted.
Do you create content in Bengali?
Yes — Bengali captions, ad copy and video scripts are one of our core strengths. Most of your customers think, chat and buy in Bengali; marketing that speaks their language converts better.
How do you report results?
A plain-language monthly report: what was spent, what it produced (leads, calls, cost per lead), what worked, what didn’t, and next month’s plan. No jargon walls — you’ll always know where every rupee went.

How much do your services cost?
Published in full on our Pricing page: websites from ₹2,499, social media from ₹5,999/month, Social + Meta Ads at ₹14,999/month (ad spend extra), turnkey industry setups from ₹34,999.
How do payments work?
Fixed projects: 50% advance, 50% on final review before go-live. Monthly retainers: 100% in advance per 30-day cycle. We accept UPI, cards and netbanking via Razorpay, and issue GST invoices on request.
Is it safe to pay online?
Payments go through Razorpay’s secure gateway. We never ask for card numbers, CVVs, netbanking passwords or UPI PINs — not on WhatsApp, email or call. Anyone asking for those is not us.
Revisions & After-Sales
Can I request revisions?
Yes — fixed-scope website and video projects include up to two rounds of revisions within the original scope. Send consolidated feedback in one go so we can turn it around fast.
What support do I get after launch?
Website packages include 1 year of technical support (scope varies by package). Monthly retainers include ongoing management and optimisation. After that, support extensions are available — ask us on WhatsApp.
